This is an application by the Sri Vijaya Puram Municipal Council for extension of time to comply with the order dated 9th December, 2024.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3.

In view of the explanation offered for not being complied with the order within a period as directed in para 7 of the judgment of the Coordinate Bench, we request the Lieutenant Governor to dispose of the prayer of the appellant within two months from the date of communication of this order. 4.

The aforesaid direction is peremptory.
