The petitioner submits that the respondents herein is not clearing his Bill No. 452 dated 04.01.2024 amounting to Rs. 1,47,782/- which is withheld for last 1 and half year. It is submitted that various representation have been submitted, but the respondent is not considering the said representations. It appears from the record that the petitioner has placed two Lawyer's notices cum representation dated 17.04.2025 and 16.06.2025, but till date no action has been taken. On hearing the learned for the parties, matter is disposed of with the direction that the respondent authority shall consider the notices dated 17.04.

2025 and 16.06.2025 by hearing the petitioner herein and dispose of the same within thirty days from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of along with all connected application, if any.
