1. At the stage of motion, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the Title Suit No. 04 of 2019 is pending for evidence since 22.03.2023 but no list of witnesses has yet been provided by the plaintiff. He prays for direction for expeditious disposal.

2. Accordingly, I am of the view that learned Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Port Blair to take necessary steps to dispose of this matter as early as possible preferably within six months and without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties.

3. Accordingly, CO/54/2024 along with its connected application is disposed of.

4. Urgent photostate certified copy of this order if applied for may be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
