December,14 2022 [SR] Item No.6 Mr. Shatadru Chakraborty, learned counsel, who normally represents the Administration, is requested to represent the Tehsildar, Port Blair in the instant matter. The petitioner is aggrieved that the request for demarcation of the recorded tenancy of the petitioner has not been dealt with by the Tehsildar, Port Blair till date. In those circumstances, the Tehsildar, Port Blair Tehsil, South Andaman shall consider and dispose of the writ petitioners' representation dated 28th September, 2022 in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from date. WPA/811/2022 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
