Mishra ... for the respondents December 15, 2025 [AKB] Item No.13 The writ application is preferred praying for disposal of the representation dated 29.09.2025 filed by the petitioner herein praying for electricity connection in his dwelling house. Learned counsel appearing for the electricity department submits that the infrastructure required to provide electricity connection is not complete.

Considering the said fact the writ application is disposed with the direction that the respondent authorities shall consider the representation dated 29.09.2025 of the petitioner within 15 days from the date of this order, considering that electricity is an essential service and on hearing the petitioner who shall complete all the requirements as required under the Act and also the rules, regulations etc as required by the respondent authorities and the respondent authorities shall proceed to dispose of his representation in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order and shall provide electricity connection if the petitioner complies all the formalities as required. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of along with all connected application, if any.
