Learned advocate for the alleged contemnors submits that the affidavit of compliance has already been submitted to the office of learned Registrar, Andaman & Nicobar Island through Video Conference, High Court at Port Blair, much earlier. But the said has not yet been available on record.

Learned Registrar, Andaman & Nicobar Island is directed to ensure the availability of compliance report, by the adjourned date.
