Smti. Lessy and Others Mr. K. Vijay Kumar .... for the petitioner December 11, 2025 [SR] Item No. 6 By the order impugned, the application under Order XXI Rule 97 to 101, which was registered as Mis.Judl.Case No.24 of 2023 was dismissed.

Such an order shall have the same force and shall be subject to the same condition as to an appeal or otherwise as if it was a decree under the provision of Order XXI Rule 103 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Faced with such situation, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the civil revisional application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO/77/2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
