On hearing the learned for the parties, matter is disposed of with the direction that the respondent authority shall consider the representation dated 03.10.2025 by hearing the petitioner herein and dispose of the same within thirty days from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of along with all connected application, if any.
