A representation is pending consideration before the Tehsildar since September, 2024.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Tehsildar, Ferrargunj to consider the said representation in accordance with law at the earliest after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties. 4.

A reasoned decision shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stand disposed of. No order as to cost. 6.
