Without entering into the merit of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent authority to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The formalities required to be complied with by the petitioner for obtaining electric connection shall be made known to her.
