Perused the affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of the contemnor. It appears therefrom that spot inspection was conducted in the presence of the petitioner who signed the attendance sheet with a rider that no boundary demarcation was made.

The Court directed the Tahsildar to conduct spot inspection upon prior notice to all the necessary parties to ascertain and demarcate the land from where the petitioner's share can be identified. 3.
The spot inspection has been conducted. A report of spot inspection with specific finding as regards the share of the petitioner in the subject plot of land shall be formally communicated to the petitioner.

It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the finding of the Tahsildar, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

There is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. The contempt application is disposed of. Contempt Rule stands
discharged.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
