Sabir ... for the petitioner Mr. Tulsi Lall ... for the respondent December 14, 2022 [SR] Item No.25 The petitioner seeks electricity connection for her premises under survey No. 415 at Shore Point Village, Bambooflat, Ferrargunj Tehsil, South Andaman District. The petitioner may apply on-line forthwith in that regard. Upon being satisfied with the said application, the respondent shall conduct necessary inspection of the petitioner's premises.

The petitioner shall be afforded electricity connection after compliance of all terms and conditions as per the applicable rules for grant of electricity, including monetary deposit required, if any.

It is expected that the aforesaid exercise shall be completed by the respondent within a period of one month from date.

It is made clear that, in the event the writ petitioner is found by any court or authority, disentitled to use the premises, the electricity connection may be interrupted by the respondent.

WPA/849/2022 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
