The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent to supply a copy of the complaint lodged against the petitioner and till such time the Station House Officer being the respondent herein be directed not to proceed further against the impugned notice dated 16.12.2025.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties it appears that the respondent has issued the impugned notice directing the petitioner to submit valid registration certificate and other relevant documents of his clinic on or before 20.12.2025. In the impugned notice the respondent has referred to a complaint which has been received by the respondent on 27.11.2025.

The petitioner's prayer is that he may be provided with a copy of the complaint, so that along with the papers as called for, the petitioner can satisfy the respondent about the allegations made in the said complaint.

This Court finds that the prayer of the petitioner is justified and in the interest of justice the same should be allowed.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent shall supply a copy of the letter of complaint dated 27.11.2025 upon the petitioner within three days from the date of communication of this order and the petitioner thereafter shall submit the documents as called for and respond to the allegations in complaint petition within the seven days thereafter and the respondent shall consider the case of the petitioner herein in accordance with law. 6.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. 7.
