2. The Petitioners also did not appear on 20th January, 2025 when the matter was last taken up for hearing. Today also none has appeared to represent the Petitioners nor has any accommodation been sought for, though Mr. Rakesh Kumar and Mr. Saurav Kanungo, learned Advocates representing the Opposite Party nos.1 and 2 are present.

3. Such conduct of the petitioners suggests that the Petitioners is not interested in proceeding with the matter.

4. In view thereof, the matter stands dismissed for default.
