Today also none has appeared to represent the Petitioners nor has any accommodation been sought for, though Mr. Rakesh Kumar and Mr. Saurav Kanungo, learned Advocates representing the Opposite Party nos.1 and 2 are present. 3.

Such conduct of the petitioners suggests that the Petitioners is not interested in proceeding with the matter. 4.
