Laxmanan ... for the respondents December 14, 2022 [SR] Item No.19 The petitioner claims to be a beneficiary under a registered Will and testament executed by one Kamal Dei. She has applied in terms of the rules and laws applicable to the islands to have her name registered in respect of the property pursuant to the bequest and also obtain necessary mutation. She has applied to the Tehsildar, Port Blair on 6th September, 2021 for mutation which remains at large.

In those circumstances, the Tehsildar, Port Blair shall take suitable decision on the petitioner's application for mutation, based on the registered Will dated 19th May, 2008, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

WPA/866/2022 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
