Such representation dated May 29, 2023 is yet to be disposed of. Administration and the private respondent are represented. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, interest of justice will be sub-served by requiring the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation dated May 29, 2023 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from date.

Needless to say that the respondent will afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner and the private respondent. Respondent will be at liberty to consult such document and hear such parties and as he may deem appropriate and pass a reasoned order and communicate the same forthwith thereafter.
