On consideration of the order dated November 10, 2025, this Court is also of the considered opinion that the present writ petition is covered by the order dated November 10, 2025 passed in WPA/519/2025.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing that the present writ petition would be covered by all the observations and conditions contained in the order dated November 10, 2025 passed in WPA/519/2025.
