The petitioner is in custody for 230 days.

Charge sheet has already been filed.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer of bail and submits that the petitioner is a part of the racket relating to contraband drug Methamphetamine.

We have perused the order passed by the learned Special Court (NDPS). The quantity which has been recovered from the accused persons of which the petitioner is a part that is 200 grams is commercial quantity, out of which 55 grams were recovered from the petitioner.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that steps are being taken for filing supplementary charge sheet. 6.

The Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail made by the petitioner at this stage.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.

8.

The bar of section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985 is also starring at the face of the accused and is standing in the way of granting bail to the petitioner.
