The writ petitioner's application for supply of electricity connection is pending consideration before the authorities. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the relevant parameters have to be considered as per clause 5.30 of the Supply Code, 2018.

It is submitted that after due consideration, the authorities will take a decision regarding the petitioner's claim for electricity connection.

Let such decision be taken by the authorities within two weeks from date.

Since issue is now to be considered by the authorities, pendency of the writ petition would serve no useful purpose. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents before this court herein above, and the courts observation regarding time frame for taking a decision.
