Golder ...for the Petitioner Mr. Dibesh Dwivedi ...for the Respondents October 13, 2023 (M.A.Mobin) Item No.4 The instant Writ Petition was filed by the petitioner seeking necessary direction upon the Respondent Authority for immediate release of the final bill. It has been submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the representation of the petitioner dated 17th December, 2021 was not considered by the authority concerned. On consideration the submission of the learned Advocate for the Respondent Authority it appears that the authority must have to take the decision promptly. Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Respondent Authority to consider and pass a reasoned order in respect of the representation of the Writ Petitioner dated 17th December, 2021 within December, 2023 after awarding a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the Writ Petitioner. After passing the

reasoned decision the Respondent Authority shall inform the same to the Writ Petitioner within a fortnight thereafter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As no Affidavit-in-Opposition is called for, so the allegations contained in the Writ Petition shall deemed to have been not admitted. This Court has not gone into the merit of this case; the concerned authority has to take independent opinion without being influenced by any observation of this case.
