The petitioner's application for supply of electricity connection stands rejected. From the rejection order, the print out which has been handed over by the learned counsel for the respondents, it appears that the application no.26162 made on 02.12.2024 has been rejected on ground that the affidavit filed in support of the application was defective/incorrect. 2.

The print out be kept on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the affidavit will be supplied to the authorities. If such affidavit is filed, as required in terms of the Supply Code, 2018, it is needless to say that the authorities would be obliged to consider the same favourably to the petitioner, otherwise the authorities should communicate the grounds for rejection expeditiously 4.

With such observations, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
