Kumar ... for the alleged contemnors December 15, 2025 [AKB] Item No.18 On hearing the learned counsels for the petitioner and the alleged contemnors and on perusal of the affidavit-ofcompliance filed by the alleged contemnors, it appears that the petitioner herein prays for liberty to challenge the second paragraph of para 4 at page No. 7, being page 2 of the order No. 1924 dated 26.10.2023 passed by the Directorate of Shipping Services, Andaman and Nicobar Administration. Considering the said facts it appears that there is no prima facie alleged violation of the impugned order and as such the contempt application stands dismissed.

It is noted that if the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the findings of the authority concerned, the petitioner is always at liberty to approach appropriate forum.
