It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case under section 341/504/506/427 of the Indian Penal Code is pending since 2016. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the necessary direction may be given for expeditious disposal of the case.

Considering the long pendency of this case Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, South Andaman, Port Blair is requested to dispose of this case as expeditiously as possible preferably within 31st July, 2023. Prosecutor is directed to produce witnesses to facilitate the disposal of this case expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation the instant Revisional application stands disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Ld. Court.
