Both the applications are taken up together as it involves same property in respect of an order of demarcation has been passed by the municipal authority.

Presently a second appeal is pending before the Lieutenant Governor.

In view of the earlier order passed in this proceeding, this court requested the Lieutenant Governor to dispose of the second appeal preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

The order of stay of demolition as being presently enjoyed by the writ petitioner shall continue till the disposal of the second appeal.

CAN/1/2025 and CAN/2/2025 are disposed of.
