Claim is disputed on the ground, inter alia, that, the petitioner was never authorised to undertake such work. There was no contract awarded.

Disputed questions of facts are involved which ideally should not be resolved by way of a writ petition.

In such circumstances, I am not intended to interfere under Article 226 of the Constitution with regard to the claim made in the writ petition.

Parties are at liberty to seek their remedies at an appropriate forum.

WPA/893/2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs. ( Debangsu Basak, J. )
