The Andaman and Nicobar Administration and others Ms. G.Mini ... for the petitioner Mr. V.D.Sivabalan ... for the respondents December 15, 2022 [SR] Item No.10 The petitioner is aggrieved that the Sub Divisional Officer, Port Blair has not passed the final order of diversion (conversion) from garden to residential, of her land despite notice and payment of premium.

In those circumstances, the Sub Divisional Officer, Prot Blair shall take a suitable decision and pass a final order of diversion, after carefully scrutinizing the entire records, mandatorily and positively within a period of two months from date of communication of this order. WPA/896/2022 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
