for the respondent nos.1&2 Mr. V.D.Sivabalan ... for the respondent nos.3 to 7 October 13, 2023 [SR] Item No.5 It is contended on behalf of the petitioner, being the lowest bidder in the e-tender floated by the respondents, the petitioner executed the work covered by the tender and upon completion of the same, submitted bills in the year 2019. The said bills are yet to be cleared. Several representations submitted by the petitioner before the authority (Annexures P-6 to P-9 to the writ petition) fell on deaf ears. The petitioner seeks a direction upon the authority to consider the representations at the earliest and clear the bills dues of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the third respondent be directed to dispose of the representations in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner (being Annexure P-6 to P-9) within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable

opportunity of hearing to all concerned including petitioner, if required, in accordance with law. The writ petition being WPA/906/2023 is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since affidavit has not been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, may be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
