None appears on behalf of applicant/petitioner. Affidavit-of-compliance dated July 17, 2023 has been filed in Court.

Perused the compliance report. It appears to this Court that the order dated April 25, 2022 passed in WPA 72 of 2022 had been complied with. The Assistant Public Information Officer, South Andaman District, by a reply dated January 17, 2023 informed the petitioner that his name was not available in the settlement record as per the report received from the Incharge, Record Room. Under such circumstances, the contempt proceedings are dropped. The contempt application is disposed of. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
