The Andaman Nicobar Administration and Another Ms. G.Mini ... for the petitioner Mr. V.D.Sivabalan .. for the respondents September 20, 2023 [SR] Item No.18 The only grievance in the instant writ petition is for consideration of the representation filed for correction of the name in the Record of Rights maintained for Village Keralapuram, Diglipur Tehsil, North and Middle Andaman District. The copy of the record of rights is annexed with the instant writ petition wherefrom it appears that the name of the petitioner has not been correctly recorded therein. The petitioner has filed the relevant documents in support of the contention that she is recorded owner of the property in question and, therefore, the status and description are required to be corrected.

The aforesaid representation/application is pending since July, 2022 and no decision has been taken as yet. It is not expected that the authority would keep such application in abeyance without taking any conscious decision thereupon.

With such observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
