It is submitted that the petitioners are due to superannuate from service between April and July, 2022.

Mr. Shatadru Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, has not opposed the such prayer. In that view of the matter, the learned Central Administrative Tribunal is requested to dispose of the OA No./351/353/2022, within a period of two months from date. WP.CT/31/2022 stands disposed of.
