Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Port Blair is requested to dispose of the O.S.No.67 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible within a period of two months from date. The Commissioner appointed by the Court shall take expeditious steps to file a report, if called for by the Court below.

In so far as the discharge of the accused in a complaint filed by the petitioner under section 376 of the IPC, which has resulted in FIR and charge sheet, the petitioner may approach the DLSA, Port Blair to coordinate with the

Supreme Court Legal Services Authority to enable her to file proceedings challenging the order of discharge dated 18.08.2022 in CRR/18/2022 passed by this Court. The petitioner's allegations against the lawyers and the legal community have been clarified by her to say that she was only anguished with continued and prolonged litigation that she is facing and she has no particular specific grievance against any person as of now.

Ms. Shipra Mandal, learned advocate, who appointed by DLSA, has justifiably refused to continue to represent her. However, Ms. Mandal is requested by this Court to reconsider and represent the petitioner, if not the DLSA shall appoint somebody in her place.

WPA/956/2022 stands disposed of.
