Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the non consideration of his application for change of category from 'Cook' to 'Deck Utility Hand'.

It appears from the record being annexure P-13 to the writ petition that the respondent authority concerned has considered such application and intimated the fate of such application to the petitioner by communication dated 19.11.2020. From such communication dated 19.11.2020 the respondent authorities concerned have agreed to consider the application of the petitioner if all the conditions are met, but it does not contain what are those conditions which are required to be complied or to be fulfilled by the petitioner, till date.

Considering the submission of the parties and facts as appears from the record, this writ petition being WPA/958/2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to intimate the petitioner the conditions which are required to be fulfilled by the petitioner as per their letter dated 19.11.2020, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
