An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the alleged contemnor, Anand Vardhan Mishra and the same is taken on record.

2.

In so far as petitioners' land is concerned, there are some issues raised with regard to title, ownership and occupation.

3.

Ms. Mini, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that her clients' title has been clarified by a Division Bench of this Court.

4.

Appropriate proceedings may be taken out by Ms. Mini's clients in accordance with law to establish their title in respect of the property.

5.

In so far as direction for demarcation and survey of the entire village is concerned, a period of three months was granted on 24th November, 2023.

6.

The matter shall stand disposed of with a direction on the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman to personally ensure strict compliance of the aforesaid order by Anand Vardhan Mishra, DANICS.

7.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

8.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.
