In those circumstances, the Sub-Registrar, South Andaman, Port Blair shall take a suitable decision on the registration of relinquishment deed in respect of the land bearing under Survey Nos. 248 & 249 measuring an area of 200 sq.mtrs and under survey No.268 an area of 87 sq.mtrs respectively within a period of two months from date of communication of this order.

WPA/974/2022 stands disposed of.
