The petitioner may apply on-line forthwith in that regard.

Upon being satisfied with the said application, the respondent no.3 shall conduct necessary inspection of the petitioner's premises.

The petitioner shall be afforded electricity connection after compliance of all terms and conditions as per the applicable rules for grant of electricity, including monetary deposit required, if any.

It is expected that the aforesaid exercise shall be completed by the respondents within a period of one month from date.

It is made clear that, in the event the writ petitioner is found by any court or authority, disentitled to use the premises, the electricity connection may be interrupted by the respondents.

WPA/983/2022 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
