The Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman has filed an affidavit of compliance. Annexed thereto is an order dated 30th December, 2022 disposing of the representation filed by the petitioner as directed in the Court's order dated 15th November, 2021 passed in WPA 247 of 2021 (Shri M. Ramaswamy Vs. The Andaman & Nicobar Administration and Ors.).

In that view of the matter, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

The applicant/writ petitioner may take steps as he may be advised in respect of the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
