Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement made by the victim before the learned Magistrate, the injury report and the statements of witnesses, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
