Respondents Mr. Prakash Minj ...for the Petitioner Mr. Tulsi Lall Mr. Rakesh Kumar ...for the Respondents October 10, 2023 (M.A.Mobin) Item No.22 The petitioner has filed an application for getting electric connection before the concerned authority on 26th June, 2023. It is the submission of the petitioner that his application was neither turned down nor allowed and no electric connection was provided by the authority concerned. Accordingly, the petitioner is before the Court for necessary direction upon the authority.

Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents authority submits that the Larger Bench of this Court has decided the matter effectively. So, necessary decision has to be taken by virtue of the decision of Hon'ble Larger Bench.

Heard the learned Advocate, perused the application as well as the connected documents also perused the decision of the Hon'ble Larger Bench passed on February 11, 2011.

Having heard the respective parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the Assistant Engineer, Electricity Department i.e. the respondent no.2 shall dispose of the application filed by the present petitioner in terms of the direction of the Hon'ble Larger Bench within four weeks positively. After the disposal, the decision must be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

As the Affidavit-in-Opposition is not used, the allegation made in the Writ application is deemed to be not admitted.
