The status report filed on behalf of the Building Inspector is taken on record. From the documents annexed, it appears that the party had demolished the portion and was asked to submit a revised building plan. 2.

Ms. Anjili Nag, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner apprehends that since the iron roads are not being removed, there may be possibility of recasting.

Since it appears that there is no fresh construction on the area where illegal construction was done earlier, this court finds that there is sufficient compliance of the order passed on 24th February, 2023.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
