[ CIRCUIT BENCH AT PORT BLAIR *** WPA/967/2023 G.R.Rajee Vs The Andaman & Nicobar Administration and Others Mrs. G.Mini ... for the petitioner Mr. V.D.Sivabalan ... for the respondents October 18, 2023 [SR] Item No.7 It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the property bearing survey No.109 measuring an area of 0.8100 sq.mtrs was allotted in favour of her husband, since deceased and subsequently mutated in favour of her two sons and herself. According to the petitioner, the property of the petitioner was demarcated by the department on 06th February, 2022 but the demarcation report was not provided to her. The petitioner seeks a direction upon authority to provide the demarcation report to her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to another representation submitted by the petitioner before the authority on 24th March, 2023 which requests demarcation of her property.

Since admittedly the land of the petitioner has already been demarcated by the authority as appears from the letter of the petitioner written to the authority on 7th February, 2023, the concerned authority, being the second respondent herein, is directed to furnish a copy of the demarcation report to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition being WPA/967/2023 is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since affidavit has not been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, may be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
