The said application was not considered by the authority. So the petitioner is before this Court for seeking necessary direction.

The respondent authority is represented through the learned Advocate Mr. Rakesh Kumar.

Heard the learned Advocates.

Considering the water connection being a preliminary necessity of life, the instant Writ application is considered and allowed. The respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 27.04.2023

within December, 2023. The authority shall inform the decision to the present petitioner within January 15, 2024. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
