Heard Mr. Rakesh Pal Gobind, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dibesh Dwivedi, learned Counsel led by Mr. Chakraborty, learned Counsel representing the respondents.

The writ petitioner has approached the Court for a direction upon the respondents to transfer and/or hand over the investigation from Aberdeen Police Station to AntiCorruption Unit for proper investigation. 3.

Mr. Dwivedi hand out copy of the order dated 18th October, 2023 coupled with handing/taking over Memo. which demonstrates that the Aberdeen PS FIR No.130 of 2021 dated 30th August, 2021 along with all relevant documents were handed over to Inspector Pritam Bihari, SHO, PS Anti Corruption by IO Inspector Grish Kumar SHO PS Aberdeen. These documents unerringly indicate that the

issue raised by the writ petitioner has been addressed to and set at rest. Under such circumstances, I do not find any reason to keep the matter pending. The writ petition is thus disposed of.
