It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that on filing of this application the Opposite Party has filed his written statement before the Civil Court. On the other hand, it is the contention of the Opposite Party that there has been no intentional delay on the part of the Opposite Party in filing the written statement. Considering the said submissions and the admitted fact that the written pleadings before the Trial Court is complete and that the proceedings before the Civil Court is a suit for eviction, the Trial Court is directed to make all endeavor to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order.
