Subsequently, a representation by way of a reminder was issued dated 01.10.2020.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the respondents that the copies of the said representations are not with the record. A copy of a representation is on record at page 57 being Annexure P-8 which shows a date on the said copy as 07.4.2022.

Considering the said materials on record and the submission of the parties, the respondent nos.2 and 3 are directed to dispose of the said representations pending (if

any) within a period of two months from the date of this order.

A right of hearing be given to the petitioners at the time of disposal of the said representation.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. [Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.]
