1. The writ petition is directed against the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, Kolkata on and from 9th September, 2023 till 11th October, 2023 in OA/1613/2022 by which the transfer order was stayed by the Tribunal.

2. It appears that initially the interim order was passed after hearing the learned counsel for the parties and the said interim order was extended from time to time and it appears from Annexure P-9 at page 101 of the writ petition that the impugned order to continue till 16th November, 2023.

3. We have been informed by Mr. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners that the interim order was further extended and the original application is still pending. It is further submitted that the original application is otherwise ready for hearing.

4. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition by requesting the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkatta Bench, Kolkata to dispose of the Original

Application being OA/1613/2022 (Salim Yusuf vs. Director of Health Services and another) as expeditiously as possible and not to grant any adjournment to either of the parties unless there are unavoidable circumstances.

5. In view of the aforesaid order, we dispense the service of notice upon the respondents, however, we direct the petitioners to communicate this order to the respondents immediately by speed post with acknowledgement due for information.

6. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, however, there shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be served to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
