By filing this Writ Petition the petitioner is seeking direction upon the Municipal Authority to provide water tap connection to the dwelling house of the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned Counsel representing the respondents submits with all fairness that there was delay due to certain works being undertaken by the Municipal Authority. Now the Authority is ready and equipped to give individual water tap connection to the petitioner subject to fulfillment of all other relevant conditions according to law. 3.

Under such circumstances, I am inclined to dispose of the Writ application with the direction upon the respondents to provide water tap connection to the dwelling house of the petitioner within three weeks from date. The petitioner is directed to discharge obligation on her part,

required under the rule in order to get water connection from the respondents.
