It is submitted that on previous occasion also the Writ Petitioner has not moved the present Writ Petition. Considering the nature of the prayer and also on perusal of the copy of the representation, which has not allegedly been considered by the Administration, the representation relates to direct the Station Head Officer to patrol the area as they do not do so even once. The representation also talks about illegal parking and the conduct of the police. As the Writ Petitioner does not appear to pursue his case any further the said Writ Petition stands dismissed.
