In view of the representation dated 22nd August, 2023 in which the petitioner has disclosed the name of the legal heirs of the deceased, I do not find any reason for the Tehsildar not to mutate the names on the basis of the judgment and decree passed in OS No. 14/12. 2.

Under such circumstances I direct the Tehsildar to issue Form J in the name of the wife, son and daughter mentioned in the said letter within a week from date and upon being satisfied that there are no other persons interested in the said mutation shall issue Form K and mutate the land in the name of the family members of the said deceased.

The entire exercise shall be completed with a period of eight weeks from the date of issuance of summons (Form J).

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, however, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
