Pramudit Kujur is ready and willing to give undertaking with the electricity authorities and to that extent representation was made to the Assistant Engineer, Diglipur.

In view of the settled proposition of law, the Respondent Authorities are directed to provide electricity connection to the petitioner on usual undertaking given by an encroacher. All efforts be taken to provide electricity to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order by the respondent nos.1 and 2, which would be subject to the cost which may be required to be paid, particularly, if the petitioner is residing in an area which is remote and it will be the petitioner only who would be availing electricity connection.

With the aforesaid observation WPA 1009 of 2023 is disposed of.
